Who is responsible

Morrow Systems, LLC, a US company, is responsible for this website and for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, email support@morrowsystems.net. Our mailing address is 100 N Howard St, Ste R, Spokane, WA 99201, USA.

Visiting this website and your IP address

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts and no forms, and it does not load third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content.

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page to you and to protect the site against abuse and attacks. Morrow Systems, LLC does not control how long Cloudflare keeps this data. Cloudflare describes its practices in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser to remember information between visits. This website does not set cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If you want to control cookies on other sites, you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind.

Email you send us

If you email support, we use your email address and your message only to reply to you and to handle billing or refund requests.

Payments

Payments for the PDF Flattener paid license are processed by Stripe. Morrow Systems, LLC does not store your card number. Stripe shares limited purchase information with us, such as your email address, the product, the amount and the date, so that we can deliver the product and handle support and refunds. Stripe's own handling of your data is described in the Stripe privacy policy. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

PDF Flattener

PDF Flattener and its site, pdfflattener.us, are a separate site and application. Their data practices are described there.

Legal bases for visitors in the EU and UK

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change.
