Refund policy

Morrow Systems, LLC sells PDF Flattener as a digital product. Nothing is shipped, so shipping and physical return policies do not apply. The free version costs nothing and needs no refund.

Paid license

You may request a refund of the PDF Flattener paid license within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Approved refunds are returned in full, in US dollars (USD), to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@morrowsystems.net with the email address used to purchase. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
